Alien Hominid, also known simply as the Alien, is the main character of the first Alien Hominid. He is a mysterious yellow alien who was shot down and had his ship stolen by the FBI, now he fights to retrieve it.

Alien Hominid[]
The alien travels around Earth in his spaceship, when an FBI agent detects the ship's approach and shoots it down, making the alien crash into an urban area. The FBI hauls off the spaceship and leaves the alien on the ground, thinking he died. However, the alien survives and wants to get his ship back. He travels throughout the urban area by running or stealing cars, wreaking havoc and killing and destroying any FBI agents, enemies, bosses, a robot controlled by an Install Ball, and other threats (Pudding Mutation) that attack him along the way armed with a blaster and grenades. He also gets help from Fat Kids who give him special ammo and grenade packs. The alien retrieves his main ship from the FBI and destroys a big tank. He flies away to retrieve extra weapons and thrusters from the FBI while fighting them off in the air, eventually defeating them all.
After the battle is over, a KGB general named Boris launches a missile to destroy America, but the Alien Hominid gets in the way, and he gets shot down again over Russia. The alien wakes up and finds his ship stolen again by Boris. He fights off the Russian armies and war machines while making his way to his ship, even freeing and befriending a giant Yeti along the way. Alien Hominid eventually catches up to Boris at a Soviet launch site. The latter uses a satellite laser and pilots the alien's own spaceship to use against him, but the alien defeats Boris, who parachutes away, only to be caught by his own birds and thrown into a buzzsaw, while Alien Hominid takes back his ship and flies into space to deal with the satellite weapon and Russian enemies in space. But after that, the alien is captured once again by a U.S. spaceship and sent to Area 51 in a cage.
While the alien was being transported, his cage fell off the truck and he escaped. He makes his way to Area 51 while fighting off scorpions, buzzards, a giant sandworm, and a grey alien whom he made angry with his destructive behavior. Alien Hominid breaks into Area 51 and deals with more soldiers, robots, strange creatures, and a computer puzzle along the way. Further into the base, the alien frees tiny shark-like aliens from their cages who help kill army soldiers. Then, has his last battle with Install Ball, controlling a massive machine that the alien defeats, then spares and befriends him.
They continue through Area 51, Install Ball escapes, and Alien Hominid faces his final enemy, the Alien Prisoner, an alien who is the same species as Alien Hominid with a muscular physique and more destructive weapons. The two aliens fight each other, eventually forcing the Prisoner to deploy a massive spaceship against him. Alien Hominid manages to damage the ship, then is taken by its antigravity beam to fight the Alien Prisoner in the sky. In the end, Alien Hominid manages to defeat the Prisoner and both of them fall out of the sky.

Alien Hominid lands on the ground, injured and unconscious, who is found and carried away by the Fat Kids and also got the alien's ship back. They put the alien and Install Ball into the ship and launch it. The alien wakes up the moment his ship is launched, but the Fat Kids are now chased by army soldiers. To thank them, Alien Hominid uses his ship's tractor beam to help them escape the army.

Alien Hominid Invasion[]
The Alien is seen briefly in the game's introduction, being seen sending an SOS to the Mothership before he is hit by the FBI laser that sends him crashing in the events of original game. This lets the aliens know the location of Earth and the Mothership makes its way there, though it will take 19 years to get there.
He appeared again in the aftermath of the Mothership returning to normal from being possessed by Grand Mothership. After the aliens and FBI worked together to defeat the threat, he and the Fat Kid Leader give their old friend, General Awareness, a present as a peace offering (an ice cream cone), which he accepts wholeheartedly. Later, in the post-credits scene, the other two adult Fat Kids from the first game pump Alien Hominid's ship full of ice cream for an unknown purpose, then take off with the two into space to an unknown destination.
Appearance[]
He is a yellow alien with bulging black eyes and antennae. He has 3 toes on each foot and always carries a green pistol. He also has a strong jaw, as he can easily break human bones.
Personality[]
The Alien Hominid seems to have a neutral personality. It solves everything by causing havoc and destruction, relentlessly blasting enemies and threats. This behavior has got him in trouble with the grey alien, who retaliated after he shot its arm. However, the alien is not mindlessly violent. It will not attack peaceful lifeforms and is friendly to those who assist him, mainly the Fat Kids, but also the Yeti and former enemies like Install Ball. Alien Hominid's only desire was to retrieve its ship and go home.
